Timings:

• Convoy Meet-Up: 5:00 PM at Ringwood Long Stay Car Park
• Convoy Departure: 5:30 PM sharp
• Event Start: 7:00 PM
• Event End: 9:00 PM
• All Cars Off-Site By: 9:30 PM

Event Details:

• Maximum Capacity: 30 cars
• Arrival Time: All vehicles must arrive at Port Solent by 6:30 PM
• Departure: The convoy will return towards Ringwood after the event concludes at 9:00 PM.
